Lee Chang-Kyu is depicting the story of bamboo woods through the wind blowing in the shattered sunshine on the bamboo trees. Through his eye, he sublimates the natural space and the object bamboo get to lead the space fantastic world of ideality, and thus they were made into art.
The bamboo woods in the calmness stimulate the viewer's unlimited imagination through the endless movement of one's inner mind. Lee escalated the small subject diminished owing to simple bamboo to philosophical subject of contemplation and speculation by virtue of the method to use blank space.
